Showing Up Authentically – A New Series from Rena-Fi

When we don’t show up genuinely as ourselves pretending to fit in, taking on values that are not our own, or even saying ‘fake it till I make it,’ then we aren’t being genuine or even authentic. In this new series from Rena-Fi, we are putting together events to empower you to stand tall and true in life and in finances.

Are you the same person in isolation as you are at work? Do you present the same face to those you disagree with politically as opposed to those you are more in sync with? Are you the same person with your parents as you are with your kids? We ask because to some degree all of us have shades of ourselves and role conflicts exist. These are not bad things in and of themselves.  However, it is menin the resulting energy drain of maintaining the internal dissonance that we can find ourselves not being able to bring our full focus to bear on the solutions to our problems and goals going forward. In short, being different people is stretching us thin.

In this raw and unfiltered series, we will be taking off the shackles holding us back. It’ll be uncomfortable. It’ll be the truths that we all need to hear in order to create real connections that we can depend on. Won’t you join us in finding your authentic self?

The events in this series will be offered live and FREE to anyone. Stay tuned to this post as we update it with the speakers we are booking which will cover the topics below.

Authenticity and Money

Authenticity and Marriage

Authenticity Online

Authenticity and ADHD

Authenticity and Mental Health

So grab a bucket of popcorn, invite your friends to a Stream and Learn event and use this as an opportunity to find a more authentic version of yourself.

  • Showing Up Authentically with ADHD (May 15, 2020 at 5:00PM EST with Justine Ruotolo)
So you’ve got ADHD, so what? ADHD is a part of you just like your ability to be open to those around you, to bring laughter to those who need it, to have a knack for discernment. Whatever formula makes up YOU – it should be embraced. After all, it’s the sum of all parts that makes you uniquely you. You shouldn’t, hide, banish or disown any part of you.
In this special live event we’ve invited Miss ADD herself, Justine Ruotolo, to talk to us about embracing ADHD and showing up authentically with it.
  • Showing Up Authentically (May 19, 2020 at 4:00PM EST with Melissa Orlov)
Do you struggle to integrate ADHD effectively in your relationship?  Perhaps trying to please your partner yet never seeming to be able to do so?  Melissa Orlov, founder of ADHDmarriage.com will talk about how being authentic and accepting ADHD can help your relationship, as well as some pitfalls to avoid as you move to that place.
  • Going All In (May 19, 2020 at 5:00PM EST with Richard Reis)

In this live event we’ll be picking the brain of someone who goes at life all in. From afar, Richard has had a colorful life filled with adventure and immense learning along the way. What he has done with all of that knowledge is created places for others to access that information in a more accessible way.  His wildly popular site, Most Recommended Books (https://www.mostrecommendedbooks.com/), and fantastic series on Medium focusing on Personal Finance (https://medium.com/personal-finance-series-by-richard-reis) are just some of the ventures his hand has created.

We look forward to this conversation with Richard on why he goes at life all in, and discussing how and why he’s choosing to show up authentically.
